Not seeing a serial number printed on the bottom of your KEEP? No problem!
To obtain your device's serial number, please follow these steps:
- Carefully flip your KEEP upside down (make sure to remove any items you don't want to be tossed around beforehand).
- Open the camera app on your phone and scan the QR code located on the bottom of your KEEP.
- Tap on the link that appears after scanning.
- Your KEEP's serial number will be displayed in the top left corner of the browser page.
